I found one, wich name is "Waeco MS50".

It cost 6.750 rub. or ~177 Euro.

Its one of the simplest model of universal cruise control systems.

I hadn't found any places, where you can by it simply in Pietari.

So, i can give you an advice - try found that "Waeco MS50" cruise control system at Finland or another country in Europe. It will be more simple, and cost will be lower than in the St. Petesburg.

P.S. Waeco it is German company.
